Tony Radford has worked at IndyPL for over 40 years, and is the orchestrator of one of the largest Black arts events in the city. In this conversation with Amira Malcom he discusses his experience as the CBLC arist in residence, the importance of the African American History Committee, and what he hopes to accomplish next in his career.
